U2-PSATA03S is a USB 2.0 to ATA/SATA bridge board.
U2-PSATA03S is ideally suited for tailgate interface applications for two ATA/SATA devices. It allows ATA/SATA drives (Master and Slave) to be connected to USB 2.0 serial bus in a plug-and-play fashion.
U2-PSATA03S provides the perfect solution for data backup and transferring of data between computers using ATA/SATA drives.

USB 2.0 to ATA/SATA Bridge Board:

• DC Power Connector: with mini 4-pin Floppy Disk Drive power connector
• IDE (ATA) Interface: Male IDC 2X20 Connector
• Both ATA and ATAPI devices are supported using the same firmware.
• Complies with T13's ATA/ATAPI-6 Draft Specification:
  • PIO Mode 0 ~ 4
  • Multi-Word DMA Mode 0 ~ 2
  • Ultra DMA Mode 0 ~ 5
• Supports 48-bit addressing for large hard drives (>128GB)
• Complies with Gen1i and Gen1m of Serial ATA II Electronic Specification 1.0
• Serial ATA port: One Signal Plug Type (7pin) Connectors
• Serial ATA Bus Transfer Rate: 1.5 Gbps
• Supports hot-plug & hot-swap feature of Serial ATA to USB.

    • No driver installation for Windows ME, 2000, XP, 2003, Mac OS and Linux.
    • Driver available for Window 98 SE

      One IDE (ATA/ATAPI) and one SATA drives
      Note:
      - Supports SATA hot- plug feature.
      - Do not support two IDE (ATA/ATAPI) drives.

      Option 2: One IDE (ATA/ATAPI) and one SATA drives
      Note:
      - Do not support SATA hot- plug feature.
      - Since the blue color IDC connector do not have pin34 so please use black -to- black type IDE cable.
