Introduction

U2H4+PSATA11P is an USB 2.0 four-port HUB with one USB to ATA/SATA bridge.
U2H4+PSATA11P provides three downstream USB ports, one IDE (ATA/ATAPI) port and one SATA port. It is ideally suited for docking station solution which need more USB port and interface for connecting two ATA/SATA devices.
It allows ATA/SATA drives (Master and Slave) to be connected to USB 2.0 serial bus in a plug-and-play fashion.
The bundled backup software provides the perfect solution for data backup and transferring of data between computer and ATA/SATA HDD.

Technical Specification

U2H4+PSATA11P combines two key components:
1). Four ports USB 2.0 High Speed Hub
2). USB 2.0 to ATA/SATA Bridge Board

1). Four ports USB 2.0 High Speed Hub:
U2H4+PSATA11P provides four downstream USB ports, with Single Transaction Translator (STT) for all ports, making it the cost effective hub solution.
The U2H4+PSATA11P works backward compatible either when any one of downstream ports are connected to an USB 1.1 compliant device, or when the upstream port is connected to a USB 1.1 compliant host.

- Two downstream ports (USB1&2) are Intel block berg-strip header (2x5/9 pin).
- One downstream port (USB3) is Intel block berg-strip header (2x5/9 pin).
- One downstream internal port for USB 2.0 to ATA/SATA Bridge Board
Upstream port
- USB B-Type connector
Single transaction translator (STT)
- Single transaction translator share the same TT control logics for all downstream port devices.
All downstream facing ports can handle high-speed (480 Mbps), full-speed (12 Mbps), and low-speed (1.5 Mbps) transaction.
Self-powered mode operation.
